Rock Up and Ride! Free BMX, Music and Art Day

If you’re not up for the coaching with GsbmX you can still come along to Rock Up and

Ride any time between 10.30am and 4.00pm on Tuesday 12 August and enjoy:

• Access to the BMX track (when coaching isn’t taking place)

• Live music from DJ Matt

• Graffiti-style art with Jay’s Paint Shop

• Crafts with Sheddingdean Baptist Church from 11am to 1pm

• Refreshments available at Burgess Hill Football Club from 11am to 3pm

No need to book if you're not joining a coaching session, but you must bring your own pedal bike, wear long trousers, and a helmet.

Children in school Year 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Secondary-aged young people may attend alone.
